ESEA S54 Entry - Playoffs Round 1
Playoffs Round 1 vs Virtus Pro Future 2 (1-2 Loss)
Game 1 – Mirage (7-13 Loss)
Aesthetic kicked things off on T side with a flawless pistol with no deaths, paulioska closing with a clean 3k for a 2-0 lead. VPF2 answered quickly with strong rifles, and a lost 3v1 postplant in Round 4 tied things up. From there, Aesthetic struggled to break through as VPF2’s defense locked the map. Danny gave hope with a clutch 1v2 in Round 17, but the enemy reads were too sharp, and Mirage ended 7-13 in favour of enemies.
Game 2 – Dust2 (13-2 Win)
Back on CT side, Aesthetic looked unstoppable. trinh and CrZe set the tone early with impact frags, while Danny and paulioska shut down site plays. AWP dominance from trinh included multiple 3Ks against B rushes, and bulis113 added multi-kill rounds of his own. Aesthetic stormed to a 10-2 half and never looked back, cleaning up pistols and closing Dust2 convincingly at 13-2.
Game 3 – Inferno (11-13 Loss)
The decider delivered drama. Early rounds went back and forth as bulis113 picked up a triple, and trinh’s site holds tied the half 6-6. VPF2 came out swinging on CT, jumping to 9-6, but CrZe’s B rush call flipped momentum as paulioska broke through defenses. Clutch plays from bulis113 kept things alive, and at 11-10 Aesthetic looked poised to steal it. But late banana pressure and tight site holds from VPF2 sealed the map 13-11, and the series 2-1.
Final Score: 1-2 Loss
Aesthetic is now sent to Lower Bracket where they will fight for survival!
